In order to keep production running during construction, a 20,000 square foot prefabricated metal building was designed by Essex Steel Co. to accomplish these parameters. The new building was constructed “on top” of the existing building. The new foundations that Trillium Engineering Group designed were strategically placed to not impede on employee’s workflow within the existing building during construction.
